This retreat is designed to offer you an opportunity to pause, reconnect to yourself and deepen your connection to the practice of yoga. We will be exploring practices for you to open up your emotional and energetic body to cleanse, heal and restore where necessary. My intention is to equip you with some tools to bring into your daily life to live with more clarity, intention and balance.

Honai Ubud

Enjoy modern Balinese inspired beauty.

Honai Resort is a Wellness Retreat Resort in Ubud Bali, set amid tropical gardens and ricefields.

A uniquely traditional Bali Yoga Retreat and Wellness Retreat in the countryside of Ubud.

Honai Resort represents a modern interpretation of the traditional Indonesian Honai, or round house.

Journey to the centre of Ubud - meaning medicine to dive deep into your healing journey.

Inclusions

We will be practicing yoga 2x daily, and I will be holding 2 workshops focused on healing and empowering you in your own self practice. We will also journey together to the water temple for a cleansing ceremony. You will recieve a 60min massage at our on site spa and 2x daily meals. And amongst all of the beautiful offerings will be a little bit of space for you to explore our surroundings in Ubud, enjoy our pool or some time to just rest and connect to others if you wish.
